Study On The Planning And Designing Of Chemical Logistics Park Warehouse

Logistics Park is the site where many logistics and logistics related corporationsassemble, it is also a concentrated areas of logistics operations, It can concentrated layout avariety of logistics facilities and different types of logistics companies in the space. It containsmany segments, such as Receiving inspection, Storage, Loading and Handling, Sorting,Processing, Distribution, Settlement and Information Processing, and even include Ordering.Most of these operations are finished in the storage area of the logistics park. So whether thestock designing is reasonable or not reasonable will directly impact the operating efficiency ofthe logistics park. For Chemical Logistics Park which is primarily serve to chemical productsLogistics Park, the designing of storage will deeply impact the effectiveness of the ChemicalLogistics Park. So it is more important to design the Chemical Logistics Park warehouse.From the above, this study is mainly research the warehousing designing method of ChemicalLogistics Park, in order to give suggestions to under built storage areas.Firstly, the study makes a analysis to the basic theory about warehouse planning anddesigning of Chemical Logistics Park，the analysis mainly divides into three parts, first partis the features analysis of Chemical Logistics Park, Second part is the warehousing analysis,third part is based theories analysis about warehousing designing. This chapter mainlyprovides theoretical supports to the Follow-up study. Then the study starts from four aspectsto research the warehouse designing, they respectively are Scale of Chemical Logistics Park,the Scale of the storage area, equipment selection of storage areas and the layout of thestorage areas. In this part，study mainly use Mathematical Analysis Method and SLP Methodto solve storage area designing problems. This part also gives a quantitative and qualitativemethod about Device Configuration. At last, the paper uses the methods comes from previousstudies in the actual case, and by the ways of actual check, paper proved the practicality of allthe methods.
