The Enterprise Culture Model And The Evolution Mechanism Analyze

In this paper, on the basis of a correct understanding of culture and cultural model, the article identifies the meaning of enterprise culture model and its identity., and then, from a same tense of the vision, discusses the different characteristics of the enterprise culture mode in the national sense, displays the different national enterprises cultural model's inherent uniformity and overall diversity.
