Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Culture In Bank

Enterprise culture construction of China’s banking industry has the vital role for the development of the banking industry. As is known to all, the two attributes of homogeneity and easy-imitative product business determine the banking industry establish its own enterprise culture system in the specific business activity, instead of only focusing on the products. H bank, as an emerging city commercial bank, has strong vitality and development potential. Its excellent enterprise culture system will play an important role in the fierce competition.This paper first elaborates the related basic theory of enterprise culture, and then analyzes the present situation of H bank’s enterprise culture to find out the relevant problems of H bank enterprise culture construction in spirit, system, behavior and material layer, and analyzes the root cause of the problems. On this basis, combined with the relevant theory and the advanced experience of the industry, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to further improve the enterprise culture construction of H bank, hoping to provide a new way for the enterprise culture construction of H bank.
