Research On Trust Mechanism Construction Of Partners In Supply Chain

Since the 1980s, great changes have taken place in the market because the economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology. Many enterprises have to adjust the competitive relationship and turned to collaborative competition from opposability competition. As one of the most important forms of collaborative and measures of strengthen the competitive advantage, supply chain has attracted more and more attention. Trust is a precondition of transactions. However, the credit deficiency influenced the relationship of members in supply chain, and restricted the further development of supply chain. Therefore constructing the trust mechanism between the partners is significant for supply chain management, which can promote the cooperation and guarantee the healthy and stable development.This paper introduced the background of trust research in supply chain, and the achievement of domestic and foreign scholars on the trust research. Then, the paper defined the meaning of trust in supply chain, and summarized its characteristics and types. Finally, the paper analyzed the difficulties on partnership of supply chain management, and put forward the frame on the trust mechanism for partners in supply chain. The trust mechanism consists of three parts; in the credibility evaluation mechanism of partners, this paper formulated the steps of credibility evaluation, and focused on the establishment of index system in view of the influence factors. According to the characteristic of evaluation index, the paper evaluated the credibility of partners with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models. In the trust formation mechanism of supply chain, the paper summed up the formation condition of the trust mechanism, expounded the form of trust and the formation stage of trust formation in supply chain. And in the trust protection mechanism of supply chain, by using the game theory, this paper analyzed and constructed the trust protection mechanism from two aspects; the institutional constraint and the reputation constraint.
