The development of emerging information technology takes many unparalleled challenges to traditional supply chain. Because of it's illegibility, uncertainty and impermanency enterprises have to create new organization constructions which are more flexible, more effective, and more dissociative. Virtual Supply Chain (VSC) is just one of the new organization constructions. However, although VSC have many advantages, it also faces to many management challenges. Generally speaking, these challenges could be attributed to that the relationship among members is very difficult to governance. Many scholars have made researches on the governance of VSC. After reading the literatures, the author deems that, former researches ignored an importent issue: the trust among members. Many researches based on the hypothesis that members were trusting to each other, but it is not true in practice, and many governance methods mentioned in these literatures were feasibility lacking. So, the author attempts to do some researches from the angle of trust. The thesis discusses the theoretic feasibility that trust works as a instrument of VSC governance form the angle of governance function, and then put forwards governance methods from the angle of trust source, including the selection mechanism of participators base on trust, the benefit/risk allocation mechanism base on win-win relationship and risk-sharing,and trust prevention mechanism in order to guard against the risk of trust itself. The thesis discusses these three mechanisms form chapter 3 to chapter 5. For selection mechanism of participators, the author put forwards new measure factors system base on former researches, designs new measure model by integrates AHP and FCE together, and tests the reliability of the model by demonstration. For benefit/risk allocation mechanism, Many scholars's research methods is income and distribution based on the amount of investment at present. The method have many limitations in the distribution of interests in the VSC. The author considered the characteristics of virtual supply chain, put forwords a benefits/risk allocation mechanism based benefit-sharing and risk-sharing, that laid the foundation for the virtual supply chain to operate stably. Because the trust itself have also risks, the paper Chapter 5 have researched that how to reduce and avoid the risks of trust itself, and put forworded Trust Protection Mechanism. The mechanism were mainly discussed from the following three aspects: the working environment of Market credibility (it can work in only repeat transactions),The relationship between the trust and control and Factors affecting the maintenance of confidence. In the chapter 6, the author makes a summary for whole thesis, and put forwards the possible research directions inthe future.
