Marketing management is an important part of management in modem enterprises. Managing marketing staff effectively and stimulating the enthusiasm of them related directly to the rise and decline of an enterprise. With the development of market economy and the deepening of competition globally, the quitting of large amount of marketing staff has become a "bottleneck" in the development of many enterprises. Many enterprises attempt to find the solution to the job-hopping of marking staff in the view of human resources management. This thesis starts with the management problem of the enterprises and the psychological demands of marketing staff, then analyze the psychological characteristic of marking staff with the use of relevance subjects, psychology and management etc, and give a corresponding proposal of the way to deal with the psychological management on the basis of empirical investigation.This thesis is divided into four parts:First of all, this thesis introduces the present situation of the management of marketing staff and analysis the psychological causes in the present quitting of marketing staff.Secondly, the thesis emphasizes the theory of individuality psychology, and analyzes the making staffs characteristic from individuality psychology and the tendencies of individuality psychology.Then, on the basis of the individuality psycho-analysis's foundation, the thesis makes an empirical investigation to the enterprise marketing staff's individuality psychology and the tendencies of individuality psychology. Finally, the thesis sums up the psychological characteristics of the marking staff and the problems of psychological management in the statistical analysis.At last, the thesis proposes the corresponding management measures in accordance with the theoretical and empirical analysis. In connection with the satisfaction of the psychological needs of the marketing staff, the thesis provides corresponding management measures. Applying the theoretical and empirical analysis, the thesis analyzes the psychology of marking staff in order to provide useful management strategy for marketing staff.
