In order to solve the problem on incenting SMEs'core staff, the paper use qualitative analysis and empirical research, having found psychological contract contents of SMEs'core staff. The paper build incentive model based on psychological contract theory, striving to offer a new idea for incentive practice of SMES'core staff.This research achievement has theoretical and realistic significance. The theoretical significance is that this paper has theoretical prolongation, adding new content for psychological contract theory and making it possess mainland characteristic; the realistic significance is that based on psychological contract theory can offer deeper encouragement direction for SMEs.In the first place, by reading a vast of documents, the author defined core staff and SMES (small and medium-sized enterprises). Meanwhile, the author resumed incentive theory and psychological contract theory, laiding a theoretical foundation for below.In the second place, using qualitative methods, the author found the differences of psychological contract dimensionality and content under diverse culture. This inspires us must draw up an appropriate scale for domestic employees.Thirdly, by questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis, the paper confirmed psychological contract dimensionality and content of SMEs'core staff, also found the each other's relationship and importance. This result supplies a fact for the back incentive strategies.In the last place, based on psychological contract theory this paper builds an incentive model for SMEs'core staff, having found the relationship between employees'psychological contract and enterprises'incentive strategies. Then according to empirical analysis results, the author puts forward appropriate incentive strategies. This paper has an important significance to management about SMEs'core staff.This thesis broke several of traditional material incentive methods, and puts forward an incentive strategy emphasis on SMEs'core staff, to make up for SMEs'insufficient about the psychological contract's incentive strategies. Under the rapid market economic development, these incentive strategies provide a reference for small and medium-sized enterprises.
