Under the new normal economy,with the advancement of interest rate mercerization,financial disintermediation and the impact of Internet finance,competition among commercial banks is fierce.The whole banking industry is in the period of deepening reform and transformation.How to improve the internal management level of banks and how to improve the efficiency in internal management are the main issues facing the current managers of commercial banks.Human resources have increasingly become the key resources for organizational development.How to effectively motivate employees should be the key of human resource management in banks.Especially how to enhance the organizational commitment and loyalty of employees,improve employee satisfaction,and then improve organizational performance through effective incentive measures from the psychological,relationship or emotional point of view is particularly important.Psychological contract is a kind of expectation between organizations and employees.Whether this expectation meets or not has a great impact on employees ‘behavior and satisfaction.In a sense,psychological contract is the link between organization and employees.Therefore,this study attempts to introduce the perspective of psychological contract,aiming at a more comprehensive and in-depth study of M bank staff incentives,at the same time,in order to have a better guiding value for our enterprise management practice.This paper comprehensively uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis,through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,on the basis of in-depth excavation and analysis of existing literature,based on incentive theory and psychological contract theory,focuses on the analysis of M Bank staff incentive strategy status and problems.Combining with the actual situation of M Bank,this paper further explores the differences in the incentive factors of psychological contract among employees with different background characteristics of M Bank,and further analyses the incentive factors of M Bank employees,that is,the content of psychological contract.Finally,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward some effective measures to motivate employees of M Bank.This study studies the incentive of M bank employees from the perspective of psychological contract.Through demonstration and analysis,the conclusion enriches the research of psychological contract and incentive related fields to a certain extent,and has certain guiding significance for M bank work practice.At the same time,the author believes that there are still many shortcomings and limitations in the study.In the sample of the questionnaire,although the questionnaire can cover employees with different characteristics as much as possible,as well as the coverage of local networks,there may be some subjectivity in the selection of samples.The universality of the conclusions drawn from this study needs to be further enhanced.In terms of research methods,although this paper adopts a combination of questionnaire survey and open-ended question-and-answer,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research through in-depth interviews because of the sensitivity of the research content.
