In order to resolve our country's core staff motivation problems, this paper adopts the method of normative study and empirical research, combining with qualitative and quantitative analysis, analyses the reasons of problems, explores constructing the Incentive model to the enterprise's core staff based on psychological contract theories, striving to provides a new set of ideas for China's enterprises core staff incentive practice.Firstly, commenting on the research state of domestic and foreign core staff motivation .this paper brings forward the reference aspect also points out the deficiencies. At the same time, the theory of motivation and psychological contract was outlined, So that laid theorization of core staff incentive model based on psychological contract theories.Secondly, analyses of the status of core staff motivation in China's enterprises, which shows not only the successful motivating practices of enterprises'core staff, but also the shortcomings of the core staff motivation in the most enterprises, reflects the urgent necessity for company to establish a new incentive model. Moreover, the case of both positive and negative also provides instance reference for the incentive model.Once again, illustrates the scientific of applying psychological contract theory to the staff motivation practical, Basing on the psychological contract questionnaire survey to the core staff in some company, I found the constitution content of psychology contract of the enterprises'core staff, which provides a factual basis for the incentive model.Then, combining with relevant expertise and practical, surrounds the strategies and methods of core staff motivation, this article has designed a more comprehensive model based on psychological contract theories to enterprise's core staff and separately elaborated the material incentive, achievement incentive, emotion incentive and environmental incentive based on psychological contract.Finally, analyses of the feasibility of applying the incentive model of enterprises'core staff base on psychological contract theories, and show that the pattern of incentivation can achieving good result in the enterprise by an example.
