This text analyzed the development strategy of Hebei Hebei Hongpeng chemical Co,. Ltd. firstly. When analyzing development strategy, it adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the inside and outside environment, brought forward alternative strategies and the factors that affecting them, calculated the significance weight of each factor to relevance strategy, thus reached the SWOT matrix. Finally, took out the best strategy of enterprise's future development by quantify plans matrix (QSPM).On the basis of above strategy, this text have designed company's organization framework, human resource management, marketing management, financial control and corporate culture.In organization framework design, this text made a little adjustment and improvement to original organization framework, and briefly elaborated the main responsibility of various functional departments.In human resources design, this text explained the aspect such as employee's employing, choosing, training and stimulating respectively, brought forward ultimate purpose of human resource management (excavating employee's maximum latent energy).In marketing management design, this text suggested market tactics which is suited to company's current situation on the entirety, and introduced the aspect that need reinforcing at present work.In financial design, this text gave concrete financial control suggestion from the company itself and outside macroeconomy environment.In the enterprise culture construction aspect, this text pointed out the deficiency of the company at present, proposed the concrete work of next step, and design a set of reference culture system for corporate.
