In recent years,the rapid development of industry improved people's living level,but,at the same time,which also brought serious environmental and resource issues.With the pursuit of high quality of life,people pay more attention to the air quality.The phenomenon is stimulating air purifier market.At present,air purifiers made in China accounts for about 70% of global market.The demand of air purifier in the United States is more than 20 million every year,the penetration of air purifiers is 27% of US household,more than 15% in Canada and Japan,but,less than 2% in China.So,it's a large promising market for air purifiers in China.The research subject is based on F company,which produces air filters for air purifiers,to discuss competitive strategy selection in the current air filter market by the thesis.Firstly,the basic situation of the F company is introduced,the current development situation and main problems are analyzed,and the necessity of the competitive strategy selection for company F is clarified in this thesis.Secondly,on the one hand,it analyzes the macro environment about the company development through four aspects as politics,economy,society and technology.In order to clear the development opportunities and threats of the company's development,analyzed the industry environment based on Porter's five forces model by the thesis.On the other hand,researched the status of all resources and capabilities of F company to clear all advantages and disadvantages by the thesis.Then,it discusses the company's developing strategy based on SWOT matrix analysis.Moreover,in order to help to make the competitive strategy selection through analyzing the feasibility of the cost leadership strategy,the target concentration strategy and differentiation strategy.Consequently.The F company takes the advantage of the removal of gaseous pollutants to make market segmentation and lock the competitive strategy selection,and gains competitiveness through target concentration strategy.Finally,putted forward the concrete strategy and implementation details in this thesis.Optimizing the internal management mechanism and enterprising organization structure constantly,training and absorb talents,developing and innovating products to meet market demand constantly,combining online and offline sales and taking the offline as the main position help to strive for the cooperative with the air purifier machine manufacturers to promote healthy and rapid development of the whole enterprise.
