The Research On Project Loan Assessment Of China Commercial Bank

The commercia l bank loan of project is one kind of the commercia l bank loan and credit,which has been occupying higher proportion in ma naging in the commercia l bank of ourcountry all the time, also the course of choosing and optimizing to the project loan as well asthe first decision and important step of the project loa n. The commercia l bank is strengtheningthe loan and credit ma nagement to improve the development of credit line.With the economydevelopment and more fierce competition, Commercia l banks in China put great emphasis onthe loan and credit, but due to the expansion of loan scale and the accumula tion of bad asset, itbecome urgent for us to analyze the problems that existed in the loan ma nagement carefully.Among them, the loan appraisal is the first gate to guard the credit risk, because it can help toforecast the economic profit of projects, filter the loan applica tion with relatively high risk,avoid the loan decision mistakes, guara ntee the safe return of loa ns and lower the bad assetsetc.Based on the current theory and practice of the project loan appraisal in commercia lbanks of China, this thesis has analyzed the problem existing in the evaluation system andmethod of the project loa n, and then offered the suggestion of improving the current methodof the project loan so that we can construct the new appraisal index system and carry onquantiza tion, and propose ensuring measures and fina lly it can be applied in cases. Thecontent of this research is ma inly made up of six following parts. Part one is preface. Part twooutlined the theory of loan appraisal especia lly the difference and relationship of loanappraisal and feasible study. Next, through the summa ry of the reform history of loanma nagement in state-owned banks, the author has analyzed its current features and problemsof the appraisal system and approaches. The fourth part is the core part of this thesis which hasconstructe d the new appraisal index system of the commercia l bank project loan based on theproblem analysis, and carried on quantiza tion to the loan evaluation system, and applied onecase. After that, it is proposed the ensuring measures in the fifth part. The fina l is theconclusion to all the thesis.
