21st century is an age of knowledge economy,High-Tech, and competition in intensity.The modern enterprises compete for talents at the root. The development,employment andmanagement of human resources is the key strategy for the exist and development of aenterprise. In front of the worse and worse competitive environment,the manager of anenterprise has to lay stress on human resources and be positive in development andmanagement of human resources,so that the enterprise could be in a sustainable development.How to utilize scientific management methods,inspire the employee and mobilize thepotential capabilities of the employee is a key subject in the hands of managers. Knownledgeemployees management is an important part of human resources management,which willenhance the improvement of enterprise's competitive edge and the fulfillment of enterprise'starget.Shengli Oilfield,the second largest oil production base in China,is a state-owned extralarge enterprise with rich resources,adequate capital,intensive technology and talents,whichundertakes the important task of state oil security. As the bearer and owner of knowledge,knowledge employees are the most valuable wealth of the enterprise,or even the wholesociety. Only the knowledge employee play their roles energetically could the enterprisedevelops continuously.This paper focuses on the study of knowledge management for the knowledge employeesof Shengli Oilfield by the advanced overseas management mode of human resources pursuantto the time feature and the present management actuality of the knowledge employees ofShengli Oilfield. The paper is concluded by putting forward of planning mode and the propermanagement measures for the knowledge employee in Shengli Oilfield.
