Strengthening management of energy saving is intrinsic need to realizing the development of Shengli oilfield. The main target of this paper is to ascend out a kind of theoretical and practical energy saving management system from practice, and make it can be used in Shengli oilfield.Based on the present situation of utilization and management of our country energy, analyses the current situation of energy, and puts forward the research direction of paper that energy saving management research, and introduces the theory concept of the energy saving management. Secondly, analyses the present situation of energy consumption of Shengli oilfield objectively, and research a series of problems and the reasons of energy saving management deeply, On this basis, puts forward some feasible suggestions to strengthen the management of energy saving of Shengli oilfield from drilling, oil, water and gas airtight gathering and transportation system of the four main energy, In order to provide consult to the theory research and practice of Shengli oilfield energy saving management.
