Under the guidance of Shengli oilfield talent management strategy, to realize the optimization of human resources management, the design for effective performance appraisal system should be based on the internal organization of the petroleum company and personnel structure characteristics.Taking Shengli oilfield LA oil development company as research object, according to the company’s human resources structure and personnel structure characteristics, the existing staff performance evaluation system of operating conditions is introduced. By using the research way of questionnaire analysis of employee satisfaction to the existing performance evaluation system, we analyzed the problems and bottlenecks in the existing performance system. These problems include low efficiency of performance evaluation system, the defect of evaluation content, evaluation index lack of pertinence and accuracy, and so on. These deficiencies and defects are the optimization directions of performance evaluation system. In view of the existing shortage, to tap into employees’ potential and inspire staff enthusiasm and work efficiency, for the purpose of using the method of key performance indicators (KPI) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to LA optimization design was carried out on the oil development company employee performance evaluation, and verified by experimental analysis of the satisfaction and the effect of optimization evaluation system. This paper put forward the performance appraisal of optimization system and improved the staff satisfaction of employee performance appraisal management.
