The rapidly rising of Cross-cultural tourism makes the research of cross-cultural tourism become a focus of tourism. In this paper, we make the relations between perception and satisfaction as the starting point, and use the method of combining qualitative with quantitative to research cross-cultural tourism. The writing can be summed up as follows:Firstly, we introduced the concept of cross-cultural tourism, manifestations, and the relationship between perception and satisfaction in cross-cultural tourism. Then expounded the writing-related theory, including touristculture, cross-cultural communication, and cross-cultural behavior in tourism: concepts and analysis, which are the theoretical support of writing.Secondly, it is the focus of this paper to construct the LISREL model for researching the relationship between perception and satisfaction in cross-cultural tourism. This part analyzes the model elements, including culture, perception, satisfaction and loyalty. Then integrating LISREL model with cross-cultural tourism, we establish the model for researching the relationship between perception and satisfaction in cross-cultural tourism, the main steps including the theory model construction, the road map setting, model settings, the identification and estimation of the model, the correlation coefficient settings, the testing and rectification.Thirdly, along with the LISREL model for researching the relationship between perception and satisfaction in cross-cultural tourism, this paper demonstrates its theory to Russian tourists in Qinhuangdao, testing whether it is reasonable.Finally, concludes that our LISREL model can be used to analyze the relationship between perception and satisfaction in cross-cultural tourism. Against cross-cultural tourism problems in Qinhuangdao, the paper made some suggestions and measures.
