It designs in three parts of management system, institutional framework and technology system. On this basis, information platform is constructed, on which solves obtain of customer information and effective communication between all departments in the enterprise. Then, cooperative enterprise alliance is researched. Through analyzing emphasis and difficulties of production management of Job shop-Customization manufacturing, it proposes the guidelines and basic framework of alliance cooperation, and also designs a platform and module function of production management of Job shop-Customization manufacturing in the cooperative enterprise alliance, so that cooperative enterprises realize customizing and manufacturing in independent-enterprises.
