The main characteristic of this mode is that it can meet diversified and individualization demand of the market relatively in a flexible way, and it can manufacture product in JIT mode according to customer's requirement, but at the same time it brings a great deal of challenges to production management, for example, the products are wide in variety, and the batch has nothing in common with each other, the fabricate route is not the same either, the manufacture cycle is short, etc. Under this situation, how to achieve the enterprise goal of Quality, Cost, Delivery date? People adopted Gantt chart, task allocation, etc. to arrange the production today. But these methods have not adapted to enterprise's informationization and more changeable environment of the market. They are also unfavorable for enterprise to react the market demand quickly. So, how to optimize the production management flow of job shop manufacturing has been a keen question at home and abroad. Depending on the main characteristics of job shop manufacturing production management of mechanical product, and integrate years of actual management experience in this enterprise, base on the theory of JIT at the same time, this paper concentrate on study the ways to optimize the production management flow of job shop manufacturing of mechanical product to improve their production efficiency and quality, and shorten the product manufacture cycle, too. This paper includes the following parts. At first, This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problem of job shop manufacturing production management of mechanical product at home and abroad; Then, aim at the actual situation and existing question of job shop manufacture production management of mechanical product, base on my years relative management experience and sufficiency absorb the knowledge of relative modern management theory and thinking such as MRP, JIT and the merits of traditional production management method, This paper present the guidelines and fundamental to optimize production management flow of job shop manufacturing of mechanical product, at the same time, to optimize the work flow of production management. And then, this paper set up a model to optimize productionmanagement flow base on the theory of JIT to solve the production bottleneck problem of job shop manufacturing of mechanical product effectively and can bring considerable economic performance for job shop manufacturing enterprises of mechanical production. Finally, this paper evaluates the performance to implement optimized flow in a job shop manufacturing plant.
