The Industrial Organization Study Of Rural Tourism In Guizhou

Rural tourism activities emerged in the developed countries in Europe in the 1830s, and the main content is to eat in the farm, living in rural, playing in the farm, experiencing village life. The rural tourism emerged in the industrial city and the developed coastal cities of China until the 1980s, such as watching countryside, experiencing folk customs, "Farmer Happiness" and other rural tourism activities. However, Strictly speaking the rise of China's rural tourism was in the late 1980s and early 1990s by the sign of Shenzhen litchi harvest Park development. It existed in the tourism industry in general defects, such as the destruction of environmental resources, multiple management, decision-making blunders, product rough, the simple duplication, failing to reflect the scientific and cultural connotation of ethnic villages, limiting stimulate rural economic contribution, and so on. In addition, the majority of rural tourism development in Guizhou pursued short-term economic interests and ignored the integration of other industries and the effects of long-term sustainable development. And its disadvantage was of the "first-class resources, the development of second-class, third-rate management" basically. As a whole, the problem of rural tourism development is of a small, scattered, reiterated, chaotic situation, the single forms of industrial organization, and the uneven distribution of benefits. That leaded to serious consequences, such as confusion in rural tourism management, bad reputation in tourist market, and so on.Now the research in domestic mainly involves the development of rural tourism conditions and modalities, market research, case studies and rural landscape planning and design, in which there are more focuses on agricultural watching, agricultural tourism research, and the scopes of them are beyond the rural tourism. However, in foreign the research mainly involves rural tourism and economic, the culture, the environmental sustainability, the policy of rural tourism development, the rural tourism marketing and management planning, and so on. The other research mainly focuses on agricultural tourism and farm tourism, women issues, and so on. The rural tourism experts and scholars pay less attention on the industrial organization. Their attention are paid on macro decision -making and socio-economic analysis, and some scholars involve a single simple review and analysis of rural tourism, leisure and "Farmer Happiness" and other aspects. Few pay attention on multi-disciplinary and cross-cutting nature of the system, comprehensive study, and less pay attention on the microscopic analysis and research of social, economic, environmental and cultural and other aspects.This article is mainly base on tourism, economics, industrial economics, management, sociology, and other relative theories. And it is under the guiding ideology of establishing a harmonious society. The article use the methods of using of indoor data collection, field observations, surveys, interviews, comparative analysis to deeply analyze and summarize the Guizhou rural tourism industry organization model. In this way the article mainly elaborates the Guizhou rural tourism status, and analyses representative of the ethnic village in the rural tourism industry organizations mode in Guizhou, and compares the rural tourism industry organization model between domestic and foreign, Guizhou province and outside. Under some relevant theories the article also summarizes industrial scale of rural tourism development in the Guizhou Province and tentatively analyzes the optimal design of rural tourism industrial organization model in Guizhou Province. At the same time, the article gives an empirical research on the rural tourism industry organization by the samples of the town of Mountain Village, Landes on the stockade, and Tianlong Tunbao. The Paper drews the following conclusions:1. By systematic analyzing the problems of national culture village in Guizhou I believe that the traditional rural tourism development model can not meet the special economic development, historical and cultural context, and the needs of tourism poverty alleviation in Guizhou. Then I propose the necessity and feasibility about building an effective rural tourism industry organization with rural economy, culture, society and environmental sustainable development.2.I analyze the Guizhou rural tourism Industry Organization model by all forms of industrial organization, forms of participation, the advantages and disadvantages, and so on. Then I propose that the rural tourism industry organizational model should build on the full participation of the residents.3. Based on the natural environment and social environment in Guizhou economy state, I analyze the development prospects of rural tourism industry in Guizhou to provide reference for the local economy and the development of the tourism industry. Furthermore, combined with empirical research on the samples of the town of Mountain Village, Landes on the stockade, and Tianlong Tunbao, I conclude the specific procedures and principles follow about the rural tourism industrial organization in Guizhou.
