In recent years, a great number of the star enterprises with local features, based on local advantage of resources ,occurred in Inner Mongolia. They have some characteristics such as late admission into the market, short time of growth but rapid development. Some of them have become the actual leader in their own scope of business and have created a nationally well-known brand. The roads of growth and development of these enterprises become the focus of people's attention. Scholars set out to finding the reason for rapid development of these enterprises from their own theoretical perspective. The author analyzes it from the point of view of corporate culture.The theory of corporate culture emerged from the United States in the 1980's. At that time, American administrative scholars mainly contrasted the corporate culture of Japan and the United States and found that different operating accomplishments of these two country's enterprises resulted from the different corporate cultures on the different backgrounds of national culture. With the introduction of the theory into China, the heated waves of study of corporate culture surged on the backgrounds of national culture of many countries such as China, Japan and America and so on .However, existing findings lack study of regional culture and corporate culture, which is based on the different nationally cultural backgrounds. The article will put emphasis on the study of corporate culture on the backgrounds of national culture and regional culture .The writer will visually show the relationship of national culture,regional culture and corporate culture by creating "the tree-shaped model of relationship" and apply the theory of model into the analysis of the construction of corporate culture of Mengniu milk industry—a rapidly developing enterprise, demonstrating the part played by national culture and regional culture in the construction of corporate culture. The writer hopes the article will provide the theoretical experience to the ethnical regions and even other regions across the country, which are making the most of national culture and regional culture in the construction of corporate culture.
