Study On The Optimization Structure Of The Characteristic Agriculture In The Yellow River Delta

China agriculture and rural economics have come into a new stage, after 20 twenty years' reform and development. How to increase agricultural production and farmers' income has become the main issue of rural area and rural economics, so agriculture structure adjustment is imperative, and overall arrangements optimization of distinctive agriculture is the key part.Yellow River delta is one of the three deltas in our country. Though it has a shorter history than other deltas, it brings 10 hundred million silt into the ocean to create new land every year. The potential of development and influence is great. This paper discussed the overall arrangement of distinctive agriculture, which could offer some instructive information to the development of agriculture and rural economics of this area.Principle of this research was: Horizon-broadened, characteristic-outstanding, all-considerated, operation scientifically. The main course was: stated the verity, analyzed the conditions, put forward the idea, promoted the scheme, combining theory and practice, demonstration and criterion analysis. This paper firstly interpreted the meaning and characteristic of distinctive agriculture, especially in the aspects of related economic theories, the formation and development rule of distinctive agriculture, the importance of overall arrangement optimization of distinctive agriculture in this delta area. Then analyzed the advantage and disadvantage, as well as exterior chance and potential threaten, and put forward the overall arrangement of distinctive agriculture, in SWOT method, after introducing the natural condition, economic condition, location advantage of this area. At last the paper made a series of engineering and policy measures to implement these arrangements and key construction.
