Research Development Problem Of Multifunctional Agriculture In Yellow River Delta

As a new concept of agriculture, Agriculture versatility has caused widespreadconcern in the international community. Agricultural versatility not only concern theeconomic function of agriculture, but also on social, ecological, cultural and otherfunctions of the non-commodity outputs of agriculture. The development of Agriculturalversatility can increase the income of farmers, maintain the balance of ecologicalenvironment in rural areas, retain and heritage rural culture, promote sustainabledevelopment in rural areas, thus achieve harmony and unity of economical, social,culturaland environmental benefits of agricultural development。Yellow River Delta, as an ecologically fragile area, could get great significant andsustainable development from the promoting of multifunctional development of agriculture.This paper selects this region as the object of study, and has a series of qualitative andquantitative analysis on the problem which exist in present multifunctional development ofagriculture in the area,meanwhile puts forward some measures to solve the problem,hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the relevant departments of thegovernment in decision making.This paper firstly reviewed the domestic and foreign multifunctional agriculturepresent situation, on this basis, the author outlined the multifunctional agricultureconnotation, characteristics, theoretical basis and practice experience of the developmentof multifunctional agriculture at home and abroad. Secondly, we summarized currentsituation of the development of the Yellow River Delta agriculture and analyzed theadvantageous conditions. On this basis, we analyzed the results, by using classificationsynthetic method to estimate the economic value of agriculture in the Yellow River Delta,ecological value, social value and the size of the leisure culture value and year changetendency. Finally, according to the basic situation of the development of Yellow RiverDelta agricultural versatility and empirical analysis results, we found that the Yellow RiverDelta background production concept, ecological agricultural multifunction developmentproblems, lack of agricultural support system, low levels of agricultural industry and otherissues. we proposed that multifunctional agriculture development could select recreation and tourism agriculture model and culture model, and enhance awareness of agriculturemultifunctional. We needed to create hardware and software environment for agriculturedevelopment, establish versatile technology security system, and promote the optimizationand upgrading of agriculture industrial structure.
