The Study On The Economic Integration Of GuangFo Metropolis

Since the 21^st century,the Metropolitan Economy has become an important part of the world's economic development,and is getting more and more concern.So far,there are at least six accepted Metropolis in the world which have been the major and leading areas in the world's economic and urban development.With its unique mechanism,Metropolis,connecting with the economy,market,talents,technological innovation and social development, promotes regional economic cooperation and social integration through spontaneous cooperation and economic interaction among cities.Based on the achievements of metropolis theory and regional economic integration theory at home and abroad,the paper brings up the concept of the economic integration of metropolitan area in China and thus conducts investigation on the status quo of Guang-Fo metropolis in terms of industrial economy,infrastructure,market system,and management system. Combining Guang-Fo history,geography,and humane relation,this paper analyzes the necessity and possibility of economic integration development,the existent problems and barriers in Guang-Fo metropolis with the methods of qualitative analysis,comparative study analysis,and demonstr—ation study analysis,and then brings forward some suggestions to accelerate the economic integration of Guang-Fo metropolis.Since "Guangfo the Economic Integration" is a barely new concept in the academic,this paper has carried on the comprehensive inspection and the in-depth research to the economic integration of Guangfo Metropolis.The paper has four innovative sparkles.First,it demonstrates the necessity of Guang-Fo economic integration from four aspects:Guang-Fo economy society and urban optimizing development,the re-leap of urban agglomeration economy in the Pearl River Delta,the rapid start-up of economic cooperation in Pan-Pearl River Delta,and the future growth trend of Chinese economy.It expresses views on seven aspects such as historical human geography,infrastructure accessibility,comprehensive economic strength,industrial complementtarities,market-oriented system,urban functions division planning as well as the region environment pressure.And it also shows the hindrance of the GuangFo Metropolis Circle because of the imbalance economic between the administrative zone and the economic zone as well as the unsuitable development of the chief executive achievements inspection system and the metropolis circle economic integration development.Finally,it is suggested to weaken administrative regionalization and strengthen the market mechanism in order to accelerate the development of economic integration in Guang-Fo metropolis.
