Statistical Researches On Industrial Integration In Regions Of Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

Regional integration strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has risen to national major strategy,which integrated the regional industry is an important basis for regional integration.Therefore,the issue on the integrated development of regional industry has important practical significance.Based on the integration of the economic implications as well as the integration of depth interpretation of the theory,put forward innovative integration of industrial development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei which should be based on the agreement of the industrial division as its theoretical basis,and reasonable arrangements inside the industrial layout,production activities,promote the balanced development of regional economy,changing the development model of economic development in the region to the original theory of comparative advantage.The advantage of the agreement of establishing a industrial division is that the industry pattern which comparative advantages existing between regions formed the basis for the future industrial structure conduct advance planning,rational distribution,inter-regional economic the joint development of a feasible path planning ahead,so we can say that this is the spontaneous interaction of the market economy and the role of government intervention in the economy.Therefore,the agreement of the industrial division based on the idea of regional industrial integration of the proposed development has high theoretical and practical values.This paper established a complete statistical measurement framework for the development of regional industrial integration of elements such as inter-mobility,industry gradient differences in regional industrial space contact,optimization of industrial structure and product technology,in order to investigate the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regional integration.This paper contains eight chapters,and the contents are summarized as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction.This chapter presents research purposes,background and significance;and introduce the research framework,research content and research methods.Chapter 2:Literature Review.This chapter reviews regional balanced economic development theory,non-equilibrium theory,industrial structure optimization theory and industrial transfer theory,which introducing each important theoretical ideas while describes the theoretical development of the association and context,and comparing features of different theories.Chapter 3:Theoretical framework of regional industrial integration.This chapter revolves agreements of division of regional industrial integration and new theoretical connotation in-depth discussion;on this basis,industrial divisions are based on agreements of industrial division.The theoretical framework includes elements of flow barriers,industrial integration motivation,industrial spatial economic effects,industrial structural optimization and industrial technology efficiency.At the same time,establishing statistical measurement of developments of industrial integration is based on the theoretical framework.Chapter 4:Since directly measuring on liquidity of products and elements was difficult,according to Lindert and Holtzman's view,liquidity problems will measure integration of factor markets and product markets.According to the empirical findings,the level of integration market in three provinces was gradually improved,which indicates the degree of market segmentation among regions and then gradually decline,reflecting of enhancing regional mobility of the factors and products.Thus,this chapter discusses the historical evolution of regional industrial divisions and cooperation.Chapter 5:Researches on industrial transfer in three provinces.Industrial transfer is an important way to achieve inter-regional industrial integration,which is to adjust the existing industrial layout,in accordance with regional agreements.This chapter discusses the realistic conditions of regional industrial transfer occurs gradient difference is the level of economic and industrial structure gradient differences between regions,and then makes a detailed analysis of the different levels of economic developments exist among regions,and there is a serious spatial unbalanced economic developments;at the same time,there are large differences in industrial structure among regions.Chapter 6:Spatial economy analysis.Industrial spatial linkages for regional integration are important links on Industries through the Inter-regional industrial space expedition economic ties,and effects can be found exactly which industry has been t influenced by the surroundings,and this influence from the region's economic developments how to strength.This chapter systematically reviews the existing methods of measurement,points out the shortcomings of existing methods,and proposes a new method based on spatial shift-share Model,and measures the effects of spatial economy among three provinces.Chapter 7:Researches on industrial structure optimization.Under the integrated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,regional agreements will change significantly industrial structure.Therefore,this chapter focuses on measuring of industrial structure optimization.Problems of industrial structure optimization include the industrial structure rationalization and Advancement,so this chapter gives a evaluation system of the regional industrial structure optimization.Chapter 8:Measurement on technical efficiency.With the continuous developments of regional industrial integration,inter-regional industrial division deepened,regional elements and product flow gradually strengthen,market barriers gradually declined,these change the structure of industrial production inputs and outputs,and impact industrial technology efficiency levels.Therefore,this chapter measures the level of industrial efficiency of technology in three provinces.This chapter uses data envelopment analysis to measure industrial technical efficiency in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and uses Malmquist-DEA index to measure technical efficiency dynamic changes.Chapter 9:Conclusions and Prospects.This chapter summarizes contents of each chapter,and proposes an improved direction,as the outlook for future research in this field.Compared with existing researches,some of innovative works of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)In the new economic context,based on agreements of industrial divisions,the theory proposes a theoretical framework of measuring levels of regional industrial integration development which is to promote theoretical research in this field.(2)For each of the theoretical framework,combining economic theory and statistical methods,statistical methods are proposed to establish a statistical measure models which promotes the study of economic statistics in this area.(3)The use of new methods and models for measuring industrial levels of the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The empirical results put forward opinions and suggestions which have important values.
