Disruptive Innovation Theory And Research On Integration Of Industry Chain Of Industrial Clusters

From the 1980s,Zhongshan Guzhen professional lighting market had experienced the phases of onsite marketing,taking the initiative to sell,the professional street of Guzhen lighting and international lights fair of Guzhen.At last,it has become one of the four biggest international lighting markets and has formed prestigious lighting industrial cluster,which is entitled as China's lighting capital.However,the current Guzhen lighting industrial cluster is in a state of accumulation,and it characterized as Marshallian ID,which has low efficiency in different cooperating links along the Industry chain.With the devastating innovation pattern that the development and improvement of LED technology will be on,Marshallian ID model will be difficult to adapt to technological changes,and will be difficult to get access to high added value and the core strategic areas of competitive advantage.By exploring the path of the lighting industry and combining the Christensen Professor's destructive innovation theory,this dissertation shows the destructive innovation pattern that the lighting industry is facing,and researches the causes,advantages and disadvantages of lighting industry of Zhongshan Guzhen. Zhongshan Guzhen industrial cluster requires to upgrade Industrial cluster through integration of industrial chain and strengthens the relation with related industrial clusters on the pearl river delta area.It needs to stretch to the high-end of the smile curve.This dissertation probes into the direction and measures of industrial chain integration.It not only focuses on upgrading the industrial cluster from a new perspective,but also provides new materials for the general rules of industrial clusters upgrading.
