Research On The Knowledge Innovation Of Creative Industrial Cluster

With the emergence of economic globalization and knowledge economy, creative industry has became the new driver of global economy, playing a critical role in the fast social development. Creative industrial Clusters gradually spring up in the whole world. With the high attention and support of the government, a lot of famous creative industrial parks have been built up in native cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, and many excellent creative talents have been attracted. However, comparing with the international advanced creative industrial clusters, the creative industrial cluster is emerging recently in China and we still have a certain distance in the aspects of competitiveness and innovation ability. How to increase the innovation capabilities and competitiveness of creative industry has become a focus of the society. At the same time, the knowledge innovation provides a new theory and method for human beings to know the world and change the world. And also, the knowledge innovation provides inexhaustible drivers for the progress of human civilization and social development, becoming the effective ways to promote the core competitiveness of the country. This paper seeks to discuss the creative industrial cluster of our country with the visual angle of knowledge innovation. Moreover, the paper shows that the knowledge innovation is the inevitable requirement of industrialization of the creative industry and is the essential drivers to form the core competitive advantages of the creative industrial clusters.Based on the Literature review of the Creative industrial Cluster, This paper seeks to discuss the creative industrial cluster of our country with the visual angle of knowledge innovation and analyze the current situation of the creative industry and the creative industrial cluster. Firstly, the paper defines the concept of the creative knowledge and the knowledge innovation. It summarizes the kinds and the characteristic of the creative knowledge, the characteristic of knowledge innovation, and the process of the knowledge innovation. Secondly, the Knowledge Conversion of the Creative industrial cluster has been divided into four aspects. And the result is that the spiraling numerous process of the Knowledge Conversion constitutes the evolution of knowledge innovation. According to the diagram of tai chi, altering the Taiji Model of the knowledge creation, it rebuilds the Taiji Model of the knowledge innovation in creative industrial cluster and particularizes the six segments and the two spiraling routes. Summarizing and analyzing the drivers of the six segments, and then the writer propounds the four power of the knowledge innovation in creative industrial cluster and explains the elements and mechanism of the drives. Thirdly, according to the difference of the elements, the writer builds a mathematical model of the knowledge innovation, and then simulates with MATLAB. The Simulation results show that the innovation capability of the Knowledge carriers is the important route to increase the innovation capability of the cluster. Finally, based on the simulation results, the essential influence of the development of the Creative industrial cluster has been confirmed. And the paper offers suggestions for government and other policy-makers.
