As logistics industry is rapidly growing, with entering the 21st century, the worldwide logistics enterprises set off a tidal wave of huge mergers and acquisitions, of which there are international logistics giants launched the frenzied mergers and acquisitions so as to adapt to the globalization of its business expansion strategy. Faced with numerous international logistics enterprises to carve up the Chinese logistics market, China's large state-owned logistics companies and small and medium-sized logistics enterprises obviously felt the threat, and have begun to accelerate the pace of mergers and acquisitions, to find a new target markets, joint operations, and complementary advantages. M & A integration is a very concerned issue which China's local logistics enterprises are paying attention to. Therefore, the issue of M & A of multinational logistics enterprises provides positive significance for China's logistics development.This paper deployed theoretical and empirical research through the case of DHL's M & A integration. In the part of theoretical analysis, this paper, analyzes the acquisition target of the development on strategic perspective based, from the dynamic process of integration, combining humanities and logistics resources integration in terms of both its in-depth analysis of the elements of post-merger integration of the specific content, the principles of integration and methods of implementation as well as the operation which should be the focused on etc.. At the same time, with mergers and acquisitions' value actualization, and enhancement of core competitiveness to be identified as the core objective of mergers and acquisitions, it studied further on the theory and research of mergers and acquisitions. Analysis found that M & A integration is not only the specific way to achieve M & A, but also the basic guarantee for the success of M & A. M & A integration is not just in a staggered work, but from the beginning of merger consideration till completeness on strategic deployment, integration infiltrates all the way of M & A activities. Because of diversity of enterprise resource elements, integration needs to be deployed all round various elements.In the part of empirical research, it carried out a detailed analysis of logistics administration resources, from the results of theory part on research of cross-border M & A of DHL in the Chinese market for post mergers integration in this paper. This paper figures, while the integration is implemented from the decision-making levels, we must firmly grasp strategic integration, brand integration, network resource integration of resources, humanities resource integration to deepen the integration of corporate culture to develop. The key to success is to find the best point of integration, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources of logistics services, strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises so that enterprises survive in an invincible position in the competition! The experience of DHL's M & A integration in the Chinese market provides important significance to local enterprises in China.
