Enterprise merger and acquisition(m&a) process has many significant influence factors, and human resources integration level is directly related to the enterprise merger and the final results, therefore, in the process of mergers and acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions both sides more attention must be paid to the work of human resources integration, and to advance to the enterprise human resources, cultural idea, the staff thought thorough knowledge, research and mainly in human resources work, according to the actual situation to make effective measures, to ensure that human resources integration is consistent with the merger work. RW company as CSR, acquirers, on CSR, merger, acquisition and reorganization. Due to the complexity of CSR, internal relations, at the same time there are big gap between enterprise culture and so on, and human resources in the process of m&a integration problem is very outstanding, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research.In this article, through the human resources integration in enterprise m&a related theory as the instruction, to RW company merger and acquisition of CSR, human resource integration issues for research.
