Study On The Transitions And Innovations Of Property Rights Institution To China's Rural Credit Cooperative

Rural Credit Cooperative is the main form of cooperative finance in China, having made great contributions to rural economics. Through developing in decades of years, Rural Credit Cooperative has become "the main force of rural finance". However, Rural Credit Cooperative occurs many problems all the time through its transitions, especially on the Property Rights Institution. Now, the innovations of Rural Credit Cooperative have been deepened over all China, the innovations of Property Rights Institution among which are the focuses and difficulties.This paper is divided into four parts: Discussions on the theoretics of Transition of Institution and Property Rights in brief; Analysis of the Property Rights Institution of Rural Credit Cooperative in China; Reviews on the transitions of Property Rights Institution of Rural Credit Cooperative in China, and analysis of the characteristics and the problems; After comparing three forms of Property Rights Institution and appraising the recent innovations of the Rural Credit Cooperative, indicating the practical choice of the form of the Property Rights Institution. This paper definitely judges that Cooperative Institution can not be "the main force of rural finance", narrates the aims of the innovations of the Property Rights Institution, and indicates that Stock-cooperative Institution should be the main form of the Property Rights Institution of China's Rural Credit Cooperative.
