Research On Quality Chain Management Of Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

With the development of China's economy and the intensification of economic globalization in the 1990s, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, while keeping relatively fast growth, are facing more complex competitive environment and more powerful competitors. Therefore, how to boost the competitiveness of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises rapidly is the major task for the operators and managers.Nowadays, as an important way to boost competitiveness, quality chain management has been widely applied in large scale enterprises and has got remarkable achievements. In fact, quality chain management can be extended to small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and therefore makes it possible to enhance their core competitiveness. At the same time, with the rapid development of network information technology and e-commerce, the IT cost in quality chain management can be greatly reduced, which creates a favorable condition for small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt quality chain management. However, due to various reasons, there exist series of issues in quality management in China's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the existence of which will inevitably affect their performance, even the performance of members in the supply chain. Therefore, it is particularly important to research the quality management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of supply chain.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic theory of quality chain management and points out the existing problems in quality management after inspecting the status quo of quality management in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. It brings forward creatively the implementation framework of quality chain management for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, namely to carry out quality chain management from three aspects: quality control of suppliers, quality control inside the enterprises and customers'satisfaction management. In order to coordinate conflicts of quality chain management in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, this paper establishes quality supervision system in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and realizes monitors in abnormity of quality chain through outspreading two quality diagnosis theory in the quality chain. Secondly, this paper case analyses quality chain management in small and medium-sized enterprises and points out the practicality of quality chain management to solve quality management issues in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Finally, this paper explains how to further consummate quality chain management in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and illuminates the conclusion and deficiencies.
