Quality is becoming one of the core competitiveness of enterprises,Establishing an effective quality management system is an important means to ensure product quality.However,the quality management system of small and medium-sized enterprises with the background of automobile supply chain in China generally has two skins,which cannot guarantee the quality of products.This article through to the domestic automobile supply chain background of small and medium-sized enterprise quality management system of research,widely collected the related data and report the typical representative of automobile supply chain of small and medium-sized enterprises-L company's quality management problems: quality management system,organization structure and the division of duties issues,quality process,quality control tools is not enough,the quality information transmission speed is slow,the problem of low efficiency.Then,in combination with L company's current situation that the quality target of customers exceeds the standard and the cost of poor quality is too high,according to the requirements of the automobile industry IATF16949 standard,the quality management system suitable for L company was developed,and the process of establishing the quality management system was planned.According to this paper,the main steps to establish the quality management system of L company are as follows: analyze the internal and external environment,requirements of relevant parties and customer requirements as the input of the quality management system,use process method to identify the process,analyze the process and monitor the process performance;Use APQP tools to carry out product planning to ensure the development of products to meet customer requirements.Identify problems through routine inspection,internal audit and management review,and evaluate the effectiveness of the system.Using PDCA cycle to implement improvement.Finally,it can meet the requirements of customers and relevant parties.Through the research on the establishment of quality management system of L company,it is of theoretical significance and practical application value for L company to ensure the quality of products to meet customer requirements and reduce the cost of poor quality.It has certain reference value for the establishment of quality management system of other small and medium-sized enterprises in domestic automobile supply chain.For the quality management consultants engaged in the automobile industry,it has practical guidance significance.
