Manufacturing industry is an important pillar of China's sustained economic development,"Made in China 2025" also shows our government's attitude and commitment to the development of China's manufacturing industry.However,in recent years,the frequent occurrence of product quality problems seriously affected the long-term development of China's manufacturing industry.In fact,the quality of enterprise products is not only related with their own production capacity,but also related to the quality of raw materials from suppliers;customer quality needs change and so on.In today's increasingly open economic context,the points to improve manufacturing product-quality problems cannot just stay in the inner-enterprise,but should deal with the entire production chain.In recent years,our government has proposed the "supply side reform",which also intended to highlight the balance of supply and demand sides in a supply chain and improve the supply quality and efficiency.This research,taking the whole supply chain network as the research angle,combines the quality management with the supply chain management,and divides supply chain quality management into three dimensions:supplier,enterprise and customer,discussing the influence of these three aspects on the enterprise quality performance.At the same time,it emphasizes the role of core business leaders in the supply chain network of many enterprises,and constructs the moderating effect of core enterprise leaders,which has been divided into "intellectual stimulation" and "inspiration".In this study,235 Chinese manufacturers were used as samples to test the hypothesis of this study by using SPSS 20.0 data analysis software and hierarchical regression.The results show that customer quality management and internal quality management have a significant positive impact on quality performance in supply chain quality management,while supplier quality performance has no significant effect on enterprise quality performance.At the same time,the results also show that both the "intellectual stimulation" and "inspiration" play positive moderating effect between supplier quality management and enterprise quality performance,while the "intellectual stimulation" plays negative moderating effect between internal quality management and enterprise quality performance,but plays on moderating effect between customer quality management and enterprise quality performance.Meanwhile,the "inspiration" has no moderating effect between internal quality management and enterprise quality performance.This study shows that in the current "supply side reform" environment,manufacturing enterprises should be closely linked with the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,by the means of effective interaction with the supply and demand side and good cooperation in the supply chain network to achieve the win-win development among enterprises in the supply chain.At the same time,the leadership of the core enterprise is an indispensable key factor in the development of the whole supply chain network.Whether it is the core enterprise itself or other enterprises in the supply chain network should pay attention to the important leadership role of the core enterprise so that the whole supply chain network system can achieve coherent development.
