The development of technology has brought convenience to people's life. We can view products thousands of miles far away from us optionally on the internet, which make people realize deeply the combination of technology and marketing concept accomplish a leap in people's life. VR Webvertising is a more advanced branch of webvertising. It is also the tendency of the webvertising form of products in the future. On the platform based on VR technology, webvertising find the way to combine virtual and reality. As a new form of visual communication, the rapid development momentum of VR Webvertising is taking visual communication to a new level. I elaborate the characteristics of webvertising and virtual exhibition separately, and analyze the features and the law of Visual Communication Design by combining the elements of Visual Communication Design. I also analyze the excellent VR Webvertising at present, from which, I can use the redeeming feature to prove my point of view. I analyze the visual communication design of VR Webvertising from the principle of beauty in form which means showing beauty from the individual visual elements to the integrated composition and combining the features of interactivity and humanity to improve the interface of VR Webvertising. VR Webvertising brings new life to Webvertising. Designers'effort will make it thrive and we will contribute to the harmonious time of electronic commerce.
