A Study Of Planning And Designing Of The Outdoor Recreation Facilities In The Scenic Spot

Along with the development of society, the outdoor recreation demand of people was increasing strong, the study on the theory and practices of recreation in our country gradually cannot met the demand of the age, it was necessary for systematically studying on planning and designing of outdoor recreation facilities in the Scenic Spot. The planning and designing of recreation facilities must define the general regulation and special regulation of recreation development from the developmental angle, especially any age people behaved as recreation development differed in stages, because of their different recreation demand. There was lots of outdoor recreation activity could be developed in the Scenic Spot, they had four kinds of relationships, they were catena, conflict, view and mutual irrelevancy. Recreation facilities and recreation activity existed one-to-one and one-to-many corresponding relationships, and they came into being three kinds of region collocate mode, such as point form, line form and piece form. The facilities's choice, chose an address, distribution, planning and designing should deal well with three kinds of relationships, such as competition and complementation, singleness and multiplicity, protection and development. They should carry on with related principle of the Landscape Ecology and related principle, idea, factor of Designing.Currently, the outdoor recreation facilities in the Scenic Spot had some problems, for example, the function requirement of facilities was out of alignment, facilities lack of character, facilities affected natural landscape and ecosystem. The reason mainly lay in six aspects, including funds devotion was not enough, the executive was not sufficiently qualified, the system of planning and management was not smooth, the study on the theory of recreation and life demand was late, we didn't recognize recreation planning, we lack of planning commentary system. This thesis had put forward the general principle for planning and designing of the outdoor recreation facilities in the Scenic Spot, according to the analysis of related theory and study and borrowed the principle and system of recreation facilities planning and designing of National Parks in the U.S. Referred to many kinds of methods of foreign recreation planning, it had designed the process of planning and designing which including six steps, such as development program, structure planning, detailed planning, the planning and designing for single body and environment, facilities's suitability evaluation, carried out the project, and it had composed the methods system of planning and designing of outdoor recreation facilities in the Scenic Spot. Finally, according to this methods system carried on empirical work with Nanjiang Gorge in Guiyang city for the example, combined the development program and structure planning of outdoor recreation facilities of Nanjiang Gorge, put forward the project of planning and designing for outdoor recreation facilities in Nanjiang Gorge.
