Research On Layout Of The Tourist Commercial Facilities In The Tai Lake Xishan Scenic Spot

The study of the tourist commercial facilities is more concentrated in the cities ,less in scenic spots, and some norms such as"Scenic Spots Norm"and so on that guilds the layout of the tourist commercial facilities do not ralate to the residents and the types of scenic spots.Therefore, this article focuses on the scenic spots, Xishan scenic spot in Tai Lake as a case for the research of the layout of the tourist commercial facilities, drawing on the research results related to RBD, selectting tourist shopping, diet and accommodation facilities for the main research objectives;using the research methods that consists of field visits, survey and literature etc.Firstly, studying the overall layout of the tourist commercial facilities in Xishan scenic spot, and get the overall layout characteristics, the spatial structure characteristics and the type of portfolio characteristics. It's the overall layout that the more facilities in middle-axis and less facilities in two wings, the spatial structure that combined with centralization and decentralization, the type of combination that diet facilities relevant to accommodation facilities very much.Discussing the relationship between the overall layout characteristics and sub-scenic spot factor, transport factor, resident population factor,and getting the status quo problems of the overall layout.Secondly, studying the layout of typical sub-scent areas, pointting out that the distribution of tourist commercial facilities that in Shigong moutain is based on run-length, the external distribution is along the transport line and the passenger flow collector-distributor point;pointting out that the distribution of tourist commercial facilities in Moon Bay is along transport line and entrances.And analying and evaluatting the status quo layout.Finally, on the basis of study above, setting up a "beaded" overall layout model of tourist commercial facilities, planning the overall layout of commercial facilities and studying the countermeasures in Xishan scenic spot, bringing forward a different layout of the tourism business thinking, that combined with the analysis of a typical case of sub-scenic spots.
