Study On The Operation Innovation Of Commercial Bank In Guangdong Province

At current finance great change period, especially at the field of commercial bank, financial innovation is going on more and more. By the end of the interim for our joining in the WTO, completion in home financial market is getting more drastic. Under this circumstance, it is an important project for the development of commercial bank in Guangdong Province to process operation innovation.This paper provides some ideas and advices about operation innovation according to the current circumstance and the advance native and external experiences.The paper is the introduction including the background and structure of the paper, then introduce the finance innovation on the theory, and talking about the development course and the general situation of commercial bank in Guangdong Province. At last, analysis the current status of operation innovation, we provide a project for of the commercial bank in Guangdong Province in the fifth chapter. As a whole, the direction of operation innovation is the penetration between the traditional bank operation and non-bank operation and the operation innovation in little and modest enterprise, operational innovation in personal finance business, operation innovation in the cooperation in three domains and in e-bank. The paper make a operation innovation compare from the view of bank earning between banks in Guangdong and Hongkong and find out that the bank lag for the bank of Guangdong is result from lack of the management environment, institution, technology and human resource etc, and basis on which we raise the policy suggestion for the innovation of bank in Guangdong.This paper is intent to study the operation innovation of commercial bank in Guangdong Province and to provide some reference for professional persons.
