It starts from the basic theories of property right, firstly analyses the development stages and status quo of Chinese property right trade market, and singles out the practical experience of property right trade management in Shanghai. Secondly, the paper analyses the status quo of state-owned economy in Wenzhou with lots of data in the form of diagrams, and points out the necessity and urgency of state-owned property right trade in the present. Then it expounds on the supervision organization, trade organizations, purchaser and bargainer of state-owned property right trade in Wenzhou. Meanwhile, the paper probes into the problems and reasons of state-owned property right trade management in Wenzhou from different angles such as policies, supervision organization, agency and market. Consequently, the paper, based on the actual situation of Wenzhou, puts forwards the countermeasures to improve the state-owned property right trade management in Wenzhou.
