Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of State-owned Assets In The B District Of A City

State-owned enterprises are an important material basis and political foundation for socialism with Chinese characteristics and play an important role in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the process of local economic and social development,local state-owned enterprises have also become a powerful driving force for local development of new economy and improvement of urbanization level.With the deepening of national and local state-owned state-owned enterprises reform,some prominent problems that impede the development and expansion of state-owned assets have begun to appear,such as the absence and offside of state-owned assets supervisors,unclear function and orientation of state-owned assets,low management efficiency,low vitality,and too heavy social burdens,which seriously affect the healthy development of state-owned assets.In order to explore the development path of state-owned assets management at the county level,this paper makes a comprehensive use of investigation,interviews,typical cases,data collection and other methods,on the basis of domestic and foreign literature research,systematic analysis of B District,and domestic and foreign assets management development experience.With reference to relevant theories,we will focus on the roles of government,state-owned assets regulatory agencies and state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprise classification management,state-owned asset management efficiency,state-owned enterprise vitality,and state-owned enterprise reform model.Take the B District as an example,this paper studies state-owned assets management status,experience and practices at the county-level,on the basis of this,combined with domestic and foreign state-owned assets and reforms,practical experiences and related theories,from the perspective of "helping to preserve and increase the value of state-owned capital and help improve the state-owned economy Competitiveness is conducive to amplifying the purpose of the function of state-owned capital and promoting the development of state-owned assets at the county level.It also proposes a practical and scientifically effective county-level state-owned asset management and development strategy.
