Consulting industry is a new industry which provides the information and intelligence services for the characteristics, and which is an important part of social comprehensive service system. The consulting industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economic construction and social development which is knowledge-based economy currently.China's consulting industry has a very spontaneous in the early stage. Advisory business-oriented community in the institutions is raising rapidly, not only the lack of theoretical guidance, but also the lack of a sound system. The understanding is very inconsistent in the nature, the status and the role of such issues of the advisory work. In practice a number of activities have exceeded their own business of the bad and even illegal businesses to make money, such phenomena, damage to the reputation of the Advisory, resulting in the consulting business is more skeptical, and even some people even when they deal with swindlers.This is a far-reaching negative impact, even today, let alone on the international market, even in my consulting on the market, but also foreign enterprises occupy a large consulting a large market share. The direct cause of this situation is that the competitiveness of our consulting enterprises is relatively weak. The internal mechanism is imperfect, and that is the fundamental reason. The self-adjustment mechanism building and improvement of consulting enterprise is to enhance the core competitiveness of consulting enterprise and promote the further development of China's consulting industry's fundamental ways. Through the research on self-adjustment mechanism of China's consulting enterprise, this paper want to find an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of China's consulting enterprise and to promote the development of China's consulting industry. In the process of writing paper, the writer uses several ways like literature survey, expert interviews, surveys, internet survey and so on. In addition, during the writing process, the author participated in the consultation on the competitiveness of consulting enterprises in Shanxi Province. In the discussion group, I assume a questionnaire production, release and recovery work. In the process of issuing questionnaires, the survey through personal experience and advice with some of the industry, the writer get much information which can not obtain from academic papers, this provides a reliable reality for the completion of this paper. The following thesis is divided into three parts:PartⅠ(Chapter1), through retrieving in a variety of academic databases at home and abroad database, as well as advice on domestic and foreign enterprises self-adjustment mechanism to investigate the development of practice, comprehensively expounded domestic and international consulting enterprise's self-adjustment mechanism of the status quo from the theoretical study and practice of development;PartⅡ(Chapter2), conducted in-depth analysis about China's consulting industry, consulting market and consulting enterprise, comprehensive revealed the existing problems of the consulting industry, consulting market and consulting enterprise;PartⅢ(Chapter3—Chapter5), discussed how to strengthen the construction of our consulting enterprise's self-discipline mechanism from the self-discipline mechanism, coordination-related mechanism, and interests-protection mechanisms. In addition, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Chapter3 and Section 1 in Chapter4, according to " Construct the self-discipline mechanism of consulting enterprise","advisory body on the team's thinking," for the title, were published in "Science and Technology Advisory Guide" (2007 No.29) and "intelligence magazine"(2006 25th Vol 2).Generally speaking, research the self-adjustment mechanism of consulting enterprise from the consulting enterprise's self-discipline mechanism, coordination-related mechanism and interests-protection mechanisms, and to be in the form of academic papers reveal, is not there before.The paper research on the self-adjustment mechanism of China's consulting enterprise and the measures proposed fill the gaps in this area, this is one of the innovations in this paper. Hope that some inspirations and guidance about the construction of self-adjustment mechanism of China's consulting enterprise would be gotten through this study.
