In order to achieve the overall development strategy of China's commercial banks and to accelerate the development of retail business, it is necessary from a strategic point of view to consider and analyses the personal financial business of China's commercial banks.This article introduces firstly the research background for developing personal financial business of commercial banks in China, defines the concept of personal financial business of commercial banks, analyses the present research situation and value of developing personal financial business, and illustrates the necessity and theoretical basis of developing personal financial services of China's commercial banks. Secondly, this article reviews the development process of personal financial business of domestic commercial banks through the service products marked by innovation, sums up its development status quo, points out again from a different viewpoint the existing problems and reasons in the developing process of personal financial business of China's commercial banks.
