Study On Development Of Vegetable Industry In Xinzhu

In this paper, situation and trend of vegetable industry in Xinzhu subdistrict Baqiao district Xi'an city were analyzed, development course of the industry after liberation was briefly reviewed, current situation and main achievements were studied as well as main problems by means of literature consulting, area investigation, units inquiry and statistical analysis. On the basis above, strategies and measures which have great significance were proposed by learning successful experiences at home and abroad to guide the industry development. The main results are as follows:1, Remarkable success has been achieved in Xinzhu subdistrict such as scale expanding, total output increasing, product structure optimizing. Since protected and processed vegetables have been relatively rapid development, the vegetable industry has become the local leading industries.2, The main problems are lagging standardization production technology, inadequate market system, unreasonable product structure, low level of farmer organizing and prominent contradictions between small production and huge market.3, The major measures of vegetable industry development are: improve technology teams and increase efforts to extend advanced science and technology, implement the pollution-free production standards and improve safety and quality of the products, promote the protected vegetable industry by adopting effective measures to perfect market system, accelerate the process of the industry by leading enterprises and ensure healthy development by strengthen the organizational leadership and policy guidance.
