| Green crops is a kind of non-polluted, safe, of good quality, nutritious foods which were produced according to a special way, cognized by the relational national organization, and were permitted to use green food brand. The green minor grain crops are some of these green crops, with higher nutrition value, health care and medicinal value. With the fast development of social economy, seeking for a higher living level, of good quality goods, and a higher health caring period, makes the green minor grain crops another upsurge worldwide.The developing position of green minor grain crops both home and abroad and the superiority and potentiality to develop it in Anyang city were analyzed in this paper. Local investigation combine with statistical data were used to do research on the current situation, existing problems, and counter measures, advantages in developing green minor grain crops in Anyang city. Results indicate: some achievements were acquired in the green minor grain crops industry in Anyang city, some problems are still existing. Such as: government puts less strength on it, farmers lack of market consciousness, the growing scale is small and decentralized, with a lower output and commercial quality; the downstream industry is lagging; less investment and technical service; the syntaxis system of green minor green crops industry chain is not perfect, and the organization level is low, with a unbalanced developing level in different areas; and bad consume intention, enterprises marketing, and governmental supervision.To accelerate the sustainable development of green minor grain crops in Anyang city, some suggestions were put forward, such as: change ideas immediately, strengthen technology transfer, expand the green minor grain crops industry chain, implement marketing scheme, and race to control the market actively an so on. These counter measures will be effective to realize the green minor grain crops industry in Anyang city. |
