Research On The Impact Of City Public Investment To The Development Of Urban Space

The city is the center of the society and economic activity in the national or the local. As the urban material carrier, the urban spatial structure is the reflection of urban social economy life on the urban space. With the reform and open policy thoroughly carries out along,traditional planned economy system gradually transformed to socialist market economy system , the mechanism,the role and the behavior of our government, has had the profound change,which had the very tremendous influence to the development of urban space.With the leadership of city government,city public investment has became the important carrier of urban economy space gathers and the advancement urbanization,it also was one of the main contents to promote our country city space developing. But, because of the current insufficiency of city public investment in plan mechanism ,supervising and management system,it makes the urban space development to have many problems,such as the city disorder spread, the low efficiency of land utilization, the city resources waste , the municipal transportation are crowded and the environmental pollution and so on. Moreover,along with urbanized speeding up, market economy unceasing consummation and information time's arrival , the development of urban space will certainly complex day by day.Based on this kind of situation,this paper regards the relationship between the city public investment and the urban space development as the research object,thoroughly analyzed the city public investment positively to affect with the negative effect factor which brought to the city space development. In view of question which appears,proposes the solution measure and the suggestion,provides the model for the government management and the plan regulation,guides the reasonable construction of the city public investment, and finally promotion the sustainable development of urban space. The paper first studies two aspects from the city public investment theory and the city space development to carry on the brief induction, and do the research on the relationship between them;Next, has discussed the city public investment construction and the city space development relations, with the view of the expand of urban space,space form, city industry economical space, society space, environment space ,to reveal that city public investment has important influence on the urban space development, and proposes the urban space development got a reaction that is a counteraction to the city public investment; once more,aims at urban space developing process, with the problem of city public investment,it has bring negative effect; Finally at the studies of foundation in front, further proposed suggestion to solve the problems,and discusses the city public investment and the urban space coordinated development strategy take Wuhan for example.
