Research On Location And Upgrade Path Of Urban Development Strategy Space

In the 21st century, the speed and scale of urban development increase rapidly. At present, the average urbanization rate developed countries have reached more than 75 per cent. At the same time, China's urbanization rate has increased from 10.6 percent in 1950 to 43.9 percent in 2006. What is expected that, by 2010-2020, China's urbanization level will reach 45-55% .In the process of expansion in urban development, how to make modern urban cities maintain the sustained and healthy tendency is an important issue faced by many urbans .The modern urban developments, which regard urban economy, society and environment as object, is a series of related activities on the effective use of city resources, which could achieve sustainably raising urban people's living standards and improving the overall efficiency of the urban. In this process, each city will face many decision-making problems, which contribute to the choice of urban development strategy and related implementing issues.Theory of urban development strategy in the past has referred to the process of urbanization, urban development factors, urban development and regional development, how to enhance the competitiveness of cities and the realization of sustainable urban development and so forth, which has made many Research results.However, this study on the interpretation of city development strategy is not comprehensive and niche targeting. In this context, the papers research the issues of urban development strategy in a whole new perspective, and propose the relevant theoretical viewpoints and model of urban development strategies, which has a positive role in guiding the urban's future development.First, summarize the factors of formulating urban development strategy, this paper propose the three dimension factors of city development strategies: resource dimension, human resource dimension, organization dimension, which influence the urban development by interaction among three dimensions. By the factors reflected in the three-dimensional space, to build the urban development strategy three-dimensional space. At the same time, the strategic space within the different regions of the nature and operational mechanism are analyzed. The spaces of city development strategies provide a new platform for researching the status of urban and drawing up the developing strategy.On the basis of urban development strategy space, analyses the spatial location of urban development strategy space. Then, evaluate the resource dimension, human resource dimension, organization dimension by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, determine the location in the urban development strategy space, and adjust the position by using DEA evaluation methods.On the basis of urban development strategy space classification, analyze the upgrade path of urban development strategy space. This paper divides urban development strategy space into strategy space I, strategy space II, strategy space III, according to different circumstances has broken down again. And then, put forward the upgrade path for different strategy space types.On the basis of the study above, this paper chooses Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Harbin as the study of samples. By evaluating the city's three-dimensional ability, confirm the location and upgrade path of the sample cities. Above this, we formulate the developing strategy of the five cities.This research is based on the theory results of others, and put on a set of new ideas on urban development strategies. This paper takes system thinking as the guide, and comprehensively uses the theoretical analysis, quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and other research methods.
