Research On The Provision Mechanism Of Urban Recreational Public Space

Under the background of urban renewal,urban space is facing spatial transformation,and the most important one is the improvement of urban functions.During the transfer of production space to consumption space,the trend of urban space recreation is irreversible.Recreation public space,as an important carrier for the realization of urban recreational functions,can reasonably provide an effective optimization of urban function and quality,enhance the vitality of urban space and the happiness of urban residents.Issued by the State Council to the National Tourism and leisure plan "(2013-2020)" proposed in 2020 the basic realization of the modern national tourism system to adapt to the era of well-off society,leisure,recreational public space to become city recreational activities,will satisfy the national recreation demand plays an increasingly important role.With the transformation of the traditional economic system and the establishment and development of a market economic system,it has provided an alternative framework for the establishment of a diversified supply body,diversified supply methods,and modes of urban recreational public space.The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Adhering to and Perfecting the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics,Promoting the National Governance System,and the Modernization of Governance Capabilities,reviewed and approved at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee in 2019,emphasized the need for market-led supply-side structural reform And once again clarified the role and role of government.Under such an institutional framework and market conditions,research on the provision mechanism of urban recreational public space has become an urgent need.Based on the space production theory in neo-Marxism,public goods theory,new public management theory,and governance theory,this article determines the basic concepts,characteristics,and basic types of urban recreational public space in combination with its own special attributes.Based on this,a theoretical analysis of the typical modes and methods of providing public recreational space and the content provided,taking Shanghai as an empirical research object,conducting a case study of urban recreational public space through field investigations and project examples,and optimizing suggestions for the research results.Chapter one: introduction.It mainly analyzes the background of the topic selection of the urban recreational public space providing mechanism,expounds the significance of the topic selection,and the research route and method of this article.Chapter two: theoretical research.It mainly analyzes and summarizes the research status of leisure space at home and abroad mainly through the literature method analysis;it focuses on the space production theory,public goods theory,new public management theory,and governance theory to guide the research on the provision of urban recreation public space and provide the mechanism for urban recreation public space The research provides thought support and logical support,and defines the connotation of the research content.Chapter three: Combining related theories and the special attributes of urban recreational public space,the composition and classification of urban recreational public space are analyzed.At the same time,the theoretical provision mechanism of urban recreational public space is analyzed from the dimensions of providing subject,mode and method.Chapter four: Empirical analysis,analyzes the process of providing public recreational space in Shanghai,and conducts an empirical study on the mechanism of providing public recreational space in Shanghai through case analysis.Chapter five: Evaluation and Suggestions.Based on the research on the mechanism of providing public recreational space in Shanghai,analyze the effectiveness and limitations,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Chapter six: Conclusions and Prospects,summarizes the research results of the thesis,analyzes the shortcomings of research,and puts forward the prospects of future research.
