A Study On Lean Production In Y Company

The thesis mainly studies lean production applied in Y Company. Entering 21st century, China becomes the world manufacturing center. But enters the home along with more and more many overseas enterprises, the competition is more and more intense, to the domestic enterprise, is the opportunity and challenge coexisting. The rejection backward production way is the domestic enterprise's urgent matter, in particular small and medium-sized enterprise faced with huge survival and competition pressure.The thesis firstly analyses the conception of the lean production, the resources needed to carry out the lean production, the construction of the enterprise, then answer the question why must carry out the lean production in the domestic enterprise; Secondly, based on the conception, content, principle of the lean production, establish the conceit of part introduction, then definite the relation of the lean production and cost. Thirdly, combined the lean production system feature, the construction and the operation system of Y company, define the function of lean production on the production system. Finally, prove that although several of conditions are not good and the resources are not perfect, we still can introduce some of the conceit and method of the lean production to improve the production system, so we can promote the efficiency.After Lean production implementation, the company has a good future. From product design and development of the organization/process optimization, product process to lean production operation management all-round, enterprises will gain greater efficiency and the thesis research will be further improved.
