In recent years, lean management developed a lot with the maturity of relative theories and the increase of implementation demand. It became an urgent problem during the application of lean management that using lean concept to reasonably allocate workers to efficiently make use of human resource in shop floor, facilitate manufacturing activities with flexibility, improve efficiency, and reduce cost and maximum enterprises'profits.By detail analyzes of the properties of floor human resources and its allocation, this article figured out its characteristics, influence factor, and special demands and developed a floor human resource allocation model for lean management based on humanized lean production, factor analysis and related industrial engineering method and technology. The model developed consists of two systems according to PDCA principle, including the construction and evaluation of the system, and a virtuous circle system of construction-evaluation-optimization-evaluation-optimization. According to the character of human resources, both systems include related quantity model and quality model to decrease costs of human resource and improve its efficiency. Finally, this article introduced the VWATD assembly line shop floor human resources optimization case. And the application approach of operator allocation for manufacture enterprise shop floor based on lean management system is introduced, which provided practical experiences for manufacturing enterprises.Five chapters were included in this article, the first chapter was an introduction, which introduced problems we focused on, and researching ideas was also given. The second chapter introduced theories about the characters of shop floor human resource and humanization in lean management, and an allocation model for shop floor was also developed. The technical line was introduced in the third chapter, and the evaluation model was developed in the forth chapter. A case was quoted to give the application methods and prove the effectiveness. The last chapter was the conclusion and the prospect of the research.
