Research On The Emulsion Shop Lean Production Of BB Automotive Company

With the global automotive market continues to heat up,the development of the automotive industry into a blowout growth.Only year 2015-2016,the car ownership increased from 270 million to the amount of 290 million.The number of automobile manufacturers under construction is also booming.The rapid development of the automotive industry has consequently lead the high pressure in teams of production and quality.Who can stand firm in the tide of the development of the automotive industry,who may become the future leader in the automotive industry.In the face of continuous production requirements,corresponding to the operation\ investment,and alliance of the enterprise scale continues to grow.There are row upon row of multinational enterprises.How to keep the car prices in the consumption of enterprises improve production output of the original,needs to make the mode of production developed.The analysis of the existing production mode,find out the root cause of the problem,to optimize the production mode of lean production,for enterprise development and production mode,it can always lead the company play the key role in the industry.In this study,the author studied the application of the production mode in the emulsion workshop of BB automobile manufacturing company.Based on the study of the backdrop of the company,the research defines the innovative ideas and methods by combining the theory of LEAN management theory and management tools.This research makes a brief analysis of the present situation of the domestic and foreign LEAN production,and hopes that it can be used as a theoretical support for the research of lean production management through a series of production methods.According to this case: the whole production status and operation mode of emulsion workshop and the objectivity made related research,using process analysis,5W1 H analysis and 5S analysis tools of investigation and analysis of the unit production development problems and the causes of the problems,put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.Subsequently,the author aimed to use the existing problems in the workshop to form a solution to the overall train of thought,summed up the specific steps to improve the implementation of lean production.Follow up and improve the results of the implementation after the implementation of the steps to improve the results.This study focuses on the production line layout,standardized operation,visualization management and other aspects of the optimization process.
