Nowadays,with the rapid development of the automobile consumption market,the manufacture and management of automobile electronic products are facing severe challenges and tests.How to improve the production efficiency,to ensure the quality of production,management accuracy,these problems are common problems faced by every electronic manufacturing enterprises,Lean production and production management plays an indispensable role.CA company as a supplier of automobile electronic components,the company is faced with the challenge similar to other enterprises,such as the increasing in labor costs,the domestic car market matures and improving the higher customer needs,customized production and small batch orders,requirements of quick response to market changes and order fluctuations,and more and more strict quality target.As a foreign enterprise,the company vigorously promote lean production began in 2007,after more than ten years of development and accumulation,has made some progress and achievements.But with the further development of the company,and newcomers to join and industry competition intensifies,how to deepen the lean production,the lean tools and workshop site management can further improve,is a new problem faced by enterprises.This thesis is based on the optimization method,process and implementation of lean production management system of CA company.Based on the current situation of CA company,finding out the existing problems and improving the management space,in the process of rectification and putting forward a more optimized production management process.In lean production,the only constant is changing.This changing solves the various aspects of CA company.First,optimizing the layout of the production workshop,through the analysis of the material flow calculation,to ensure that the production line of material flow completely,reduce non value added action,reduce the number of WIP.The second is through the control and improvement of the production order,reduce the maximum degree of operating personnel and equipment waste,making scientific production line before and after the connection,to ensure that all products produced by the front line can be consumed in the first time by the rear line.Third is the application of balanced production to ensure the overall production of liquidity,reference to the three major production systems,the establishment of CA's own production model.Fourth is the establishment of a platform for the production line to meet customer demand for flexible orders,in the early stage of the project,considering the real production management,finding the balance point of time,investment,quality and Lean.Through the implementation of the above improvement program in CA company,the scientific and standardized management level,management level and work efficiency are improved,and the core competitiveness of enterprises in the field of lean production is enhanced.In this paper,the problem solving methods and solutions to the problem of similar enterprises in the lean production management optimization has a certain reference value.
