The manufacturing in the state faces the challenge of strategical reorganization and transforming the manner of management currently. In order to response the requirement of market rapidly, a new manner of manufacturing, the global manufacturing alliance, is ingenious for market. However, there are little research about partner selection and profit allocation for the global manufacturing alliance, especially about the latter. In this thesis, we studied the partner selection and the profit allocation in the global manufacturing alliance based on the basic theory of the global manufacturing alliance. A twice profit allocation model including the evaluating of the contribution and mistake of the partners is founded, which can control and inspirit the manufacturing.Firstly, the basic theory about partner selection and profit allocation is investigated. The method for deciding the compositive weights of experts and the evaluation of candidates is set up for partner selection in the global manufacturing alliance. In the method, the decision-making weights of experts are decided by the reactivity of experts. The opportunity in market is fleeting, but the process of partner selection needs much time for evaluation and conferring. Therefore, in order to minimize the summation of the cost of distinction and time, the conflict of equitableness and efficiency is corresponded and the best proportion is obtained. An example shows the validity of the method for partner selection.For the global manufacturing alliance, the collaborators focus their attention on the profit allocation sufficiently. And in order to reduce the opportunism, a twice profit allocation model is founded based on the characters of the global manufacturing alliance. Based on Nash model, according to the analysis of the risk character about global manufacturing, the risk character is evaluated by fuzzy integrated evaluation method for the first profit allocation. And then, the Nash equilibrium equations are found by the risk of collaborators and investment. Therefore, the Lagrange function is constructed to obtain the distribution of the first profit allocation. An inspiritment and punishment system is build to control the manufacturing process and to estimate the partner's contribution. The second profit allocation amending the first profit allocation is implemented according to the evaluation of the collaborators'effort and contribution. Furthermore the second profit allocation can inspirit and punish the collaborators. The validity of the twice profit allocation model is indicated by an example.The archetypal system for partner selection and profit allocation of the global manufacturing alliance is developed, which is made up of two modules, the partner selection and profit allocation. The system can accomplish the complex process for the partner selection and profit allocation via the alternation for the computer and operator. In the partner selection module, after input the basic parameter of the candidates and the weights of the experts, the system can choose the collaborators automatically. In the profit allocation module, the system can gained the distribution for the collaborators after acquiring the necessary date and parameter, which can provide helpful gist for profit allocation. The system is proved helpful for experts to select partners and allocate profit by the analysis for the computational data.
